Repairs usually wrap up the same day unless half your deck needs replacing.
Full replacements take about 3 days of actual work. You’ll have a brand new deck before the weekend.
New builds run 4 to 6 days once we’re on site. Add a few weeks for permits and planning, so figure about a month total. We finish when we say we will.
Almost always yes for new builds, sometimes for repairs depending on what needs fixing and what Carrboro or Orange County requires.
You don’t touch the paperwork. We handle permits, applications, inspections, all of it. You just sign where we tell you to sign.
A 100 square foot deck starts around $15k for basic pressure-treated wood. Go with Trex composite, add aluminum railings, throw in drink rails and fancy lighting, you’re looking at $75k or more.
